A puppet performance exploring the Spartakiad, the infinite, and everyday life in normalization-era Czechoslovakia. “Today, for the last time, the gate opened to welcome more than 90,000 gymnasts from all corners of our country. So they, too, could present their routines. So they, too, could express their longing for peace, friendship, and a happy life for all the people on this planet. These are the most beautiful images of our homeland.
