Smoke and Mirros
The solo performance by an Italian dancer intertwines with the solo concert by a flamenco guitarist. They dance and sing, disappearing and reappearing among levitating glass objects. The set design was inspired by the work of artist Vladimíra Klumparová, thanks to whom glass became an integral part of the creative process. It remained solid and fragile at the same time, impressive, beautiful, seemingly abstract, until a combination of circumstances gave it meaning, a story. Just like the illusion created by the combination of smoke and mirrors, this story may also be just an impression.
