The unique literary salon Rezidence Café Kaprál opened in September 2022 as part of Brno’s bid to become the European Capital of Culture 2028, with a grand opening for the public held on September 22, 2022. Since then, this uniquely preserved apartment of the Brno poet Zeno Kaprál (1941–2020) has firmly established itself on the Brno cultural scene as a venue for literary gatherings, readings, discussions, book launches, performances, theater productions, and other events.
