CED Talks: Collective leadership
The discussion is in English and will be subtitled by AI.
Collective leadership – both artistic and administrative – has long existed in theatre history. And yet, this phenomenon is still often perceived as strange, or even unimaginable.
This edition of CED Talks, moderated by dramaturg Sodja Lotker, will explore questions and topics related to shared responsibility and practical administrative challenges. The discussion will mainly focus on creating space for multiple voices and on “shared thinking” – something that can be viewed in a positive light, as an opportunity to see things more clearly, more responsibly, and in mutual relations, thanks to the presence of others.
How can we approach the idea of a shared “we” in a highly individualised culture? And what obstacles must we face in order to achieve true collectivity?
