Fairy Tales is a dance performance with a powerful visual identity conceived for eight female dancers who dance to live music and songs. In search for womanhood and the values that the feminine essence brings to the world, the production returns to places of our childhood, revealing and examining the processes of becoming oneself. With lightness, we try on and off different roles, as if it were just another game or another dress. Roles that we all know from popular fairytales or real life stories. We create new fantasies for ourselves, reimagining our identities and the ways we see our own happy endings.
