Planet Earth is a shared home for all of us. Let’s bring it to life together! This project is based on Montessori principles and free play, specifically designed for the youngest audience (up to three years old) and their companions.

A book-inspired movement performance for hearing and deaf audiences alike. Children will meet a brave little girl with a head full of questions who shows them the importance of friendship, what we can learn from each other, and how much every one of us matters.

What happens in the spaces of Janáček Theatre that usually remain hidden from view? Join our guide on an interactive tour where you’ll learn interesting facts about the theatre’s past and present. You’ll explore backstage with all your senses — some parts of the tour will even be experienced blindfolded. Feel the theatre’s atmosphere just seconds before an opera begins. Can the theatre staff keep calm, even when preparations don’t always go as planned?
The tour was created as a student project of the Theatre and Education Studio, DF JAMU, and is held in cooperation with Open House Brno. Suitable for audiences aged 10+ and people with visual impairments.

This workshop-lecture format with theatre makers and staff — Who Makes Theatre, organized in cooperation with the Brno Young Audience Club — offers a behind-the-scenes look at the international Divadelní svět Brno (DSB) festival, where the discussion will be led by young spectators themselves. The production and marketing team will reveal how the festival program is created and what it takes to make it happen. Come take a peek behind the scenes of festival preparations!
