The atmosphere of an inter-war mountain hotel situated in the Swiss Alps. All of a sudden, strange things begin to happen. Fundamental physical properties of space and time get disturbed, which will affect scientists dealing with quantum physics, artists and other hotel guests. All will see their inner world undergo deep transformations: their memories, attitudes, feelings, longings… Nobody understands what is going on, let alone why it is going on. Human life is composed of quanta of events that would make no sense without sequence. It is thanks to time and places that we can perceive our stories as coherent life paths. However, what will happen when the basic quantities of being cease following the existing rules? Quanta is a hybrid performance whose components are totally interpermeable.
